🛠️ Return & Refund Policy – Space Rangerz

At Space Rangerz, each product is created on-demand, just for you. This helps minimize waste and supports sustainable production. Because of this, we encourage conscious shopping and do not maintain a standard return stock.

1️⃣ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at missioncontrol@spacerangerz.com. Include:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Your order number

If approved, we provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund or replacement — at no extra cost.

❗ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

2️⃣ Standard Items – EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Standard items are ready-made designs from our catalog (no customizations, names, or special requests).

For these items, the EU law allows you to return them within 14 days of receipt. Conditions:

  • Return shipping is at your cost

  • A handling & restocking fee of €7.77 applies

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging

To return a standard item, contact us at missioncontrol@spacerangerz.com within 14 days.

3️⃣ Custom / Personalized Items

Custom items include:

  • Anything with a name, number, or personal text

  • Special color or design requests

  • Any product modified specifically for your order

These items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or sent incorrectly.

4️⃣ Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll be notified by email

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Your bank/payment provider may take extra days to process it

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact missioncontrol@spacerangerz.com.
